What makes for a balanced and complete diet for stingrays?

I have heard that shrimp should not be 100% of their diet but nothing much else on this topic.

I have been feeding my rays primarily nightcrawlers but I have been exploring other options for variety (balanced nutrition) and cost reasons. I found a good price on bags of mixed frozen seafood (octopus, raw squid, cooked shrimp, cooked clams, and mussels) from the local supermarket. My rays are eating this mix now as well as nightcrawlers.
Would this seafood mix fed exclusively make for a healthy and complete diet?

I think raw food is better than cooked. I feed mine nightcrawlers, shrimp, squid, scallops, and occasionally smelt.

I feed mine whatever i can get my hands on at a decent price. Squid, cockles, prawns cooked and raw, trout, garden worms, compost bin worms, sand eels and i have even given them marlin steaks when they were going cheap at my local supermarket. They seem to eat anything i offer !

prwans ,mussel and catfish pellets its great to have captive bred rays :D

I have all my rays on pellets and they love them. In fact they would rather them than prawns. That is why I ask

What kind/brand of pellet food?
