I've got two 48" light fixtures that hold two 24" lights each. So each one has 2 ballasts. Each light has a screwed up ballast though (makes the light buzz) so I'm switching both functioning ballasts into the same one. I am about to take the ballast out to put it in the other fixture; does it matter which way it is oriented? There is a black and white wire coming out each end.
