Baltimore Aquarium **major LOAD warning**

I went down to the Baltimore Aquarium, bout a 3 1/2 hour trip from my place, and it was pretty awesome. They had a ton of monster FW fish, including the biggest aro and pacu I've ever seen... they were both absolutely massive. Sadly though a lot of their cichlids had HITH from what I could tell, but most of the other fish seemed pretty healthy. Overall nice aquarium and sweet south american exhibit, I stayed there the longest.

Sorry most of the pix aren't that good, my camera hated the lighting in most of the tanks and it was nearly impossible to get anything good. Sorry no full tank shots, either tons of people or my camera refused. I couldn't seem to get any good full length shots either, and many fish wouldn't come into the lighted areas :irked: Anyways...onto the pics:

haha thats so funny, I have a series of pics from their too and it goes in the same order of fish. You could have made way more pics though! that place is huge!

yea I took pics as I went through the place, you must've traveled through it the same as me haha. do you have yours uploaded here some where? I'd love to see 'em. it was huge! i have a lot more pics that I didn't think were worth uploading.

It's definitely worth it. It would have been better for me if the person I went with was into fish, I could tell he got bored. I would've stayed a lot longer! They have tons of rays there...they had huge ones in the S.A. exhibit, but they were hiding in the back. You'll have to share your pics!

i think i actually some how missed the exhibit?? i really wanted to see it, but by the time we were going to go back and look for it my friend that drove me down wanted to head home.
 
I have pics from the Aussie exhibit when I was there in December! That place is awesome!!!! I love that huge frontosa and their amazon exhibit! It's amazing how big that aro is even though it's tail is bitten off isn't it? Get any pics of the giant river turtle?
