Was cutting my backyard and this what I walked up on. I started to panic and called the Metro park service, they connected me to the police department in my area, so any way the dispatcher told me basically not to worry because that what the Doe does is leave the Fawn to hide. I didn't know this, also didn't know that the Fawn did not carry a scent. I did worry about it being discovered by a coyote though. I checked the last are where the fawn was laying last, and it was gone.

You probably would get tired of venison, get small groups sometimes herds of them coming through.
Nope, not me but I was just joking of course and I hope the youngling was reunited with it's mother.
