Bamboo Shark Egg?!

I bought a bamboo shark egg today, and when i looked at it, i noticed a ball shaped object inside. It's inside the egg pouch, and the shark just seems to ignore it. I was wondering, is it possible that there be another shark not yet hatched inside? If not, could someone please explain to me what exactly is this ball shaped object inside of the egg pouch?​

Havent you ever cracked a chicken egg? Haha. They tend to have a big yellow ball of saturated nutrients inside.

the shark is about 3 inches long i think its the ambilicle cord??
