Currently my 20 long planted tank has:
1x Leopard Ctenopoma
1x Raphael Cat
1x Peacock Eel
1x Rubber lip pleco.

I know I am pretty much stocked out but I was wondering if I could get a couple bamboo shrimps as a cleanup crew, maybe like 2-3? I like the look of them. Think they would be fine with my current fish also?

you can. but you wouldn't need them for "clean up" crew because thats not what they are going to do.

ur peacock eel is too large. and so is your pleco. maybe not now but give it a year.

Bamboo shrimp are filter feeders... not sure how much cleaning up they will do. I have one in a ten gallon planted and I have had a blast watching him but has he improved the water quality or help me prolong cleaning? No.

They are absolutely not a good cleanup crew. They need areas of high flow and a well-established (running a long time and healthy) tank in order to thrive.

pretty sure my peacock eel hasnt grown in the 8 months ive had it, and the pleco has only grown .5 inch in the 8 months ive had it.

if the pleco isn't growing it means your starving it and it won't live a full life.
should also tell you something your doing is wrong if your peacock eel isn't growing either. its not a good thing.

you don't say "hey my child is 18 years old and only 3'5" thats terrific! he can fit in my closet and i don't have to give him a room or much food"
