i came home from vacation and my banana wrasse is really screwed up he looks like he is dehydrated is very thin on top and fat on bottom is this a parasite or wat i need help!!!!!!!!

i think it is a parasite and i am trying to feed him krill with garlic additive in it i was gone 6 days.
