Its aboout 9-10 inches big and Ive tried flake foods sinking pellets and blood worms. Currently its in a 90 gallon with alot of hiding places and no other tank mates.
Please resond ASAP!

How long ago is recently? Could still be adapting. Mine will eat almost anything but likes his veggies the most.

Trouble getting a Leporinus to eat? Why, I've never heard such a thing. They're generally ravenous.

Try throwing some plants or veggies in, they're mainly vegetarians. My little L. desmotes along with my marbled headstander ate a whole 2 ft tall jungle val in 2 days.
They will also eat things like zucchini and cucumber or yellow squash.

He's probably just pissy because he got moved, they're kind of moody. Make sure he has plenty of hiding spaces, maybe he just doesn't feel comfortable. They like their own cave to hide in when they get scared and they can be kind of skittish. I doubt a Leporinus will let itself starve to death so you probably don't have to worry.

have u tried mealworms or superworms? my guy loves them.
