Banded Shark Egg

Hey guys I just bought a banded shark egg and i did the light test and all I can see is like a black blob in their. Does this mean it is not fertile or that it is still forming in the egg and I just cant see the shark yet?

i'm pretty sure its a very young egg.. but i never own any salt water stuff but just going bye what i reamber when i was like 10....lol

So i'm guessing it is verry young?? About how long will it take to hatch?

But its pretty common to see nothing but the little black blob... that means its still developing
