how big will they get ?
is their a easy way to tell males from females?

I have had one for about 4 years. it was 2" when I got it and its only grown about two inches in that time.
Its about 4" now

In that four year span I have only seen it eat once. it never ever moves. I am not sure how to sex them but I did read years ago that if you can sex them they are very easy to breed.

I have a few in the past and I have one now. I've had this guy for about a year now. It's a cool little fish. It doesn't get that big...4" They are pretty tough fish too.

Sexing out this species is not easy but a rule of thumb is that the females are larger and fuller in the belly and usually a little darker in colouration.
