Bantam Again (CT)

Hit Bantam again today. I just broke open my holes from yesterday. Not to long after I got set up my 1st flag poped but the line got around the wingnut and what ever it was took my bait. Like 15min after that another flag went up and a 27 1/2inch pike was on that. Then everything just died for the whole day we got one more tip up and that had a 19inch pike. I did alot better jigging today. I went out in the middle of the lake where its 12-15feet deep and found school of perch. Got about 30 or so of those today.

Nices fishes man! You're really making me want to go out and fish. We got some monster perch around here.

That's a spoon you cought the perch on right???.
try putin a swivel on it and tie the line to the swivel so the lure can spin with out line twist .it will spin faster creating more action ;) ..

bro I'am talkin about a SWIVEL not a spinner , a spinner is another word for BLADE ex: willow , colorado , indiana , hatchet..

The pic show two type's of swivel's..:D
use an O-RING to attach the swivel to the lure..tie your line to the swivel.

when jigging line twist is really not much of a problem. I honestly think putting a swivel on the line would be a waste of time. It's just that much more stuff to rig up.

Line twist always happened with jigging. And I got the perch on a swedish pimple and a northland jig.
