arsenal also has ashley cole so 2 english players, but nothing special. Barcelona can't really boast either because very few players in the starting eleven were spanish. All of 3.

No complaints about the ref. Barcelona deserved to win. Disallowing that first goal was absolutely the wrong call. Best team won in the end. Arsenal played with 9 defenders most of the game after lehman was expelled. They didn't really try to explore the attack at all, bleh.

Those three comments in particular aren't one of an outstanding professional. I wonder what he would have said if it all were the other way around. That's life, and that's football. You don't always get the calls you want, but great players always find a way to win when everything is against them.

It really pisses me off when people complain about the referee. Let it go. If your team was the best team, it would win.
