barracuda has tumor again

my barracuda once again has a bulge like tumor in the same spot as the last one he had that burst he healed up fine but now it has returned wat should i do barracuda is a yellowtail and is at least 8 inches long he eats cut up pieces of frozen silversides and massivore delight but wat should i do about the tumor or will it be fine?

wat med or antibiotic would be best tumor seems abit bloody now too any help would be great
