Barracuda Lighting???

So i just bought 5 2-3" Red tail barracudas, I also have 4 scombs all 2"......what type of lights would be ideal for them

So i just bought 5 2-3" Red tail barracudas, I also have 4 scombs all 2"......what type of lights would be ideal for them

all the payaras that I've had along with all my charchins, I've always used LEDs. They are expenceive but they shimmer, they bring out the colors of your tank with out being extremely bright and it mocks natural light. I would keep one side light-up and one side dimmer so they can chose from the two. There eyes are sensitive so dimmer lights are better. All my payaras would rub thier nose off and then once I used LEDs I never had a problem.

As long as it's not too bright, it doesn't matter what you use.

Tiny scomb! Post pics! I actually wouldn'y get anylighting except for an occaisional LED shine. I'm not a lightings fan. They make payaras very nervous if they are on all the time. They will probalbly bash their heads against the glass.
