They are more a food/sport fishing fish than an aquarium fish so most other sites will list more general info, even dishes how to prepare them. That is the only site I could find with aquarium info on them.

Apart from the fact that they grow over 4-5ft and spew out thousands upon thousands of eggs at a single time and are one of Australia's greatest sport fish, what else do you want to know?
