barramundi

Had a 15 incher in my tank, but I felt it needed more room....just traded it for a smaller 6" one. Barramundi are great fish with lots of character.
 
i had a small one, i got it from rarefish but i returned it cus i read that it would get huge.
 
GEEZ, and people get on me for not posting pics. Here we have members touting their prized fish and not a single pic adjoining their posts. . Here's my baby barramundi. First pic is from when I got him, in August, at less than 1.5". Second at a foot from last week's pic.

Nice fish oddball , I'd love to have his cousin the nile perch .. the second pic almost look's datnoidish ..

I had a big guy a month or so ago. He started bashing everything so I gave him away.

Recently got another guy ~7"
 
just bought myself a barramundi, only an inch long at the moment. my first step into owning monster fish, just need to make a 6 foot tank to let him grow into.
