Barred Myleus with red spots

Hi! Does anybody have an idea what are these red spots on my ERH are?

I got 14 ERHs and his the only one with the red spots

i dont know what that is but ithink you should quarantine that fish coz it might spread to its tankmates

yep was thinking of doing that so I don't have to melafix the whole tank as well.
