I'll have to dig out my book where I have all that information written.I can tell you that I have had the forkbar the longest between the two and I actually sold it to another member a few years ago and wound up buying it back some time later.
They were both about the size of a half dollar when I bought them.

btw .. i love the "all glass aquarium" sticker that's partially exposed.. old school .. it reminds me of when i was first in the hobby , those stickers were on lots of equipment...

I saw no reason to remove it.I like old school touches lol.
It's a nod to a long gone local shop that had a neon AGA sign in one of it's windows.
