I've been trying to take pictures of my fish for god knows how long. I've NEVER been able to get a GOOD picture without flash. If I use flash, obviously there's a glare and you can see ugly **** on the glass. If I don't, it blurs everytime. I can't make it NOT blur! It's so irritating!

I have a point and shoot, but still, I SHOULD be able to take at least halfway decent pictures with it (It's a brand new digital camera, Kodak EasyShare Z1285)

Can someone give me some pointers of what I can do?

well i dont know much about a photography but i have a really old sony digital camera that gives me fairly decent pics. it does have some manual settings though. i put it on manual settings, no flash, and a faster shutter speed. make sure you have A LOT of light. i usually add more lighting up top.

the faster the shutter speed the less light you get. i also turn up the ISO a bit, but that makes the pics look very grainy. any who, this is just what i know with my camera. i dont know the first bit about photography!! :)

Bump for some help.

I waited until tonight to take more pictures, as it said, I tried everything it said.

Add more lighting, adjusted my manual settings, everytime I got pictures like this.
