do basilisks take care of there babies or do they eat them if they eat them do u have to house the babies in a different enclosure?

They will more than likely eat them.
The eggs will need incubated to they will have to be removed from the tank anyways.
Once again though please please research this animal. It is obvious that you did not do much before purchasing the poor lizard please do not attempt to breed it as well. I would hate to see the uneeded stress of the female who might not be in the best of shape anyways.
