can basilisks eat meat and wat type of plant food can u feed them?

I dont recomend giving normal meat to them. Give pinkies, fussies and if acepted, gutloaded mosquito fish. Basilisks dont eat generaly any kind of leafs, fruits however like banana, melon, papaia and deseeded grapes can be acepted. However both these food types are only suplements at best, roedonts should not be given more then once every 2 weeks to prevent stressing the kidneys. Fruit can be given 1 or 2 a week. Roaches, crickets, superworms and grasshopers are the stapples

All my basilisks ate shredded carrots, yellow squash and zucchini.
