wll i happen to have a 4ft tall by 3ft wide by 18" deep viv, with uv, heat lamps, stat etc.
now this is for next year or so as my boas are using it until they grow out of it, and when they do i ill be looking in to getting a lizard.

people so far have told me a basilisk or CWD would be good for life in it.
i personally have wanted an iggy for years and years but im not getting one till i know i have the space, time and money to look after one...so a good few years till that happens lol, so i would prefer a CWD as they look similar and iv had previous experience handling them.

but i do like the look of a basilisk lol

so could people tell me if theirs handle well or not as i have heard they dont always make great 'pets'.

also what do people think? CWD or Basilisk???

(bear in mind i havnt done alot of research in to them as its not going to be anytime soon that i get one)

thanks

If you're looking for a lizard to handle, a Basilisk is not really for you. Some males can be more or less layed back but they are by no means as tame as Bearded Dragons. And females are even more flighty than the males. I'd go with the CWD if I were you. They can become quite tame.

If your looking for a big tank I have one with perfect dimensions for you.

Its 4' tall x 3' long x 20" deep. It also includes a stand.

Pm me for more details with your email address attached.
