Bass eating pellets

I've had my bass for 5 days. Won't hit pellets. Today I dragged the stick in the water and he took it and ate it. Will this trigger him to eat them when dropped in the tank now?

Are you trolling? In your other thread asking about your 150 gal tub you said you dont have bass yet, now you state you have had it for five days. In anycase, keep trying with the pellets.

Once they know the pellet tastes good and have eaten a couple, then start tossing them in and see what happens. I'm betting by the smell alone, it will start eating the pellets that hit the water.

Well I only have one 3" bass. Getting more.
