I have a tiled 300 gallon 96x24x30 with a male mono bass pushing 24" and female mono bass at 22" and a 18" Jardini. Last night when I came home there was hundreds of eggs some stuck to the tile and glass but most just flying around willy nilly in the tank. I'm 90% sure the male wasn't able to fertilize these eggs because they're everywhere. Any advice on what I can do to help get a successful spawn without turning off the powerhead? my powerhead is an intricate part of my system and would prefer NOT to remove it, and its currently on the lowest setting.

Put a large flat rock or prop up a tile or something. The eggs should be sticky enough to adhere to the surface.

Not sure why they are flying around the tank
