Bass help?

I've kept some bass before but I got one (are they are better in packs?) and it was eating and doing fine it kinda looked maybe stressed or something but then it died randomly and this is the second time it has happened please help what's wrong?

Tank size, type of bass and size, water temp and parm, filter, what are you feeding?

Type of bass is a big point, cant help at all until we know if its a largemouth or a peacock etc.

Sorry it was a peacock in a 30g he was about 2.5" he was being fed feeders and frozen bloodworms
