I have 4 pbass at 6-8 inches in a 240 with various other fishes. All were feeding well on whitebait, shrimp, silver fish and saltwater feeders I catch from a local river.

Two weeks ago, the smallest bass started eating less and less, and will now only take an occasional feeder, nothing else. He is now noticably smaller then his tankmates.

Anyone know what the problem could be, and what to do? I hear of alot of bass having bladder problems, could this be it? If so, what should I do?

Deleted the dupe.

It could be any number of things. In the wild, there will be runts in the spawn that fail to develop properly due to a genetic or physical defect. They'll become food for the faster-growing healthy siblings. It's hard to guess since you've left out a ton of info. When were and what are the latest test results? Whan was the last water change? Do the smaller ones appear to be harassed by the larger ones? The more info provided (AND PICS), the better the assessment from our members.

I can't really help as it has never happend to me...but I know of a few and currently have a friend that is having the same problems.

Does it seem very inactive as well?

Oddball, I do a 35-40% water change every 5 days. Water is dripped straight from the tap into the tank. I add Stresscoat to treat the water. The tank takes approx. 2 hours to refill, during which time it has dropped 2 degrees C. (from 81 deg F to 76).

ph is 7.5
I have not tested for ammonia, nitrite or nitrates. Don't think water is the issue as every other fish in the tank is eating fine. It is not being harassed by the bigger fish at all. All aspects except feeding remains normal, and it swims fine; not at an angle (if thats what you're asking Steve). It has not fed for 3 days.

Here's a few pics it, along with a pic with its tankmate to show difference.
