So I have a baby bass here, like 2-3inchs and he won't eat anything I feed him....

Had him for a month now, he first ate bloodworms then after a week he didn't wanna eat that so I tried brine shrimp he ate that for a week then didn't want it then I fed him mysis shrimp he ate that for a couple weeks till I was out lol so we had a shrimp ring here so he ate that for a couple days and he won't eat it now ? Even tried small cocktail shrimp but won't touch them, don't want pellets and he won't eat feeders either (I've tried) would it be he still full from feeding the shrimp to him last night after supper ? He hasn't ate anything since last night so almost been 24hrs now

umm i dont know, just try, bass can accualy go almost 2 weeks with out eating, so dont panic to mch, i dont know what to tell you if he doesnt eat feeders, thats odd, hmmmmm idk try some other stuff, and good luck

He is in a 75g atm with a divider seperating him from the others fish which are a mix of cichlids reason he seperate is my JD's are able to eat him lol... Tank temp is 86

I know most fish can go easily 2 weeks without eating BUT he only 2-3" and there metabilsim is so fast if they don't eat they starve to death (so I've been told) so I don't want him to strave to death either ... And I honestly don't know what else to try I've tried NLS floating 4.5mm pellets and even Hikari gold sinking 2-3mm pellets

Check "all" your water parameters. My fish are the first to tell me something might be a little off. Every now and then my PH drops because of my water's poor buffering capacity and my fish tell me by not eating.

Ok so I just did a test on everything I have in my API master kit...

Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - 40ppm
High range PH - 8.2
PH - 7.6-7.8
Ammonia - .25ppm ( could be in the middle of breaking it down as they were fed at lunch time 4pm now)

and ive noticed he has been swimming like crazy in front of the divider, like he is tryign to push himself threw it to get in with all the other fish but there is a possibilty if i let him swim and get around in rest of the tank he may get ate by the JD's and he may not get food during eat time like he should as everyone else is a much more aggressive eater....
