Apparently in the islands of Palau this is a delicacy and some tourists, like the lady in the photo, actually have the guts to try it.

Let's not pass judgment on other cultures. That being said, I'd eat it. Worse case scenario, my stomach feels a bit off, but I have a bat skeleton to mount.
