Battery advice from experts

I'm trying to replace my battery on my laptop. It's an older computer.

Toshiba Satellite M115-S3094

The batteries rating is 10.8v 4000mAh

I've always been told you buy the exact same type of battery

Online I found two for sale

10.8v 6600mAh and 10.8v 4400 mAh which are claiming to work on my computer

My brains a little rusty on the mAh issue. Would either of this work?

Either would work. mAh is mille-amp hour (I believe) it basicly describes how long it will hold a certain charge. Shouldn't affect the computer adversely either way

Yes, it just means the battery is better. Both will fit your satellite.
