Battery Operated Air Pump in SoCal, Pick Up Preferred

I'm looking for a battery operated air pump which plugs into a socket and goes on automatically when the power goes off.

Penn Plax B11 is ok or maybe something like this:

What is an ups?

a ups is a battery-backup surge protector for computers, etc. Google "battery backup". Better idea than an air pump. You can run filters and whatnot off the backup as well

battery air pump lasts a lot longer than a UPS, and much cheaper too.
