1. ...I recognize that I will likely be recommended to do a water change, and water changes are critical for preventing future freshwater health problems.

I have 5 red bellied piranhas and have a health issue with one of them. They do tussle once in a while and normally they heal up really fast but one of them recently sustained an eye injury 2 days ago. Almost appears like the lens is peeking out the lower edge of the eye. Looking for help/feedback on what I should do here ...

Definitely seperate and keep water clean and the RBP should heal. I personally would dose with salt. The eye looks like a scrape probably from being chased. Also probably the low one in rank so even after healing up the RBP may be attacked again.

Piranhas heal fast. Probably some popeye from injury. Dose with salt and maybe melafix.
Keep him separate and watch for aggression.
