A 175 watt Hamilton Technology pendant light and ballast. Both are entirely functional and will come with a 5500K plant growing bulb (Ideal for freshwater plants or hydroponics). The bulb has several months of use on it but is still operational. The ballast and fixture exhibit signs of use (please examine the pictures) including a small amount of chipped paint on the fixture and ballast.
