Just my luck, I found out about this a day too late. I sent him $156 yesterday for some Plecos after receving the quote from him. After payment was sent, I've found out that he has lower the price on (3) L-018 Gold Nugget to $45 on his buy it now auction but, I still get quoted and paid $60 for them.
