Im in British Colombia for a few weeks with a fly rod. I'm staying near comox on vancouver island. Any advice for fly fishing in the area, i've got a 6 wt rod so was hoping maybe to get a cutthroat or rainbow, not too confidant about salmon with my rod but i might be able to borrow an 8 wt rod, if so it should be a blast

good luck on your trip! post pics of any nice cutts or browns you hook up on. ask around and see what the locals are usiing but depends on time of day for what fly your using.
