HI ALL,

I Would consider my self a novice to Stingray community.
I Have BD SP Ray with me and he been with me for almost 2 weeks now.
He loves Ghost shrimp and small other live fish, though I'm trying my best to get him to eat
Market prawn, not success on that yet. But Just out of curiosity i would like to know is it normal
for rays to go different corners of the tank and try to swim up down back and forth from time to time?
because most videos i see them very calm at the bottom. mine just keep going to different corners of the tank and do repetition of up down for a while before rest. is this abnormal ? should i be concerned ?
He eats well and no others issue, just the behaviour question.

All your inputs appreciated !! thank you !!

Sounds like normal behaviour but a vid of the fish always helps. So long as your water is in check then there should be no issue.
It is worth noting that all rays have individual personalities and slightly different behaviours. I have one that swims the sides of the glass a lot but another that I have never seen the belly of. I have another that likes to spin around on the spot from time to time and another one that will go back and forward hitting the glass for days on end then stops this for weeks. All are healthy rays with individual behaviours.
