Does anyone have one of these lights? Specifically the Beamswork 72" EA 180 Timer 6500K 0.50W LED Aquarium Light Freshwater Plant? Im thinking about picking one up for my 125 but the low price makes me think there must be something wrong with it.

I have 3 of the 72" regular beamsworks strips, 2 of the 10000k and 1 of the 6500k. One of the 10000k had a bank of leds $#÷¥ the bed but otherwise they have been decent for the price

I've had mine for a year, no issues so far. I'm just lighting my 220. I like it and for the price hard to beat

I'm not really growing anything because I'm keeping big centrals. I'm just wondering whether one of these could light the tank up well. And whether they hold up over time. So as long as it's bright enough, I'm going to grab one.

I don't have a beamswork, but I have used a couple different brands of cheap Ebay LEDs, and have been super happy with them for the price. I have heard good things about the beamswork as well. I have an aquaneat which I like. It is also .5w LEDs, 3 lights wide. has moonlights, has worked for a few years now, and cost 20$ or so.
