Beamswork LED with Timer question....

Hey all...Im new to the site and fairly new to the hobby as well, so just wanted to start off saying hello to everyone. I do have a question and hoping somebody here could help me out. I just received my Beamswork 48"LED light that included a timer, but didnt include any type of instruction on how to program it, anyone have one that could give me a few pointers on how it works. Ive searched the internet and cant find a thing...here a pic of the timer that was included

this is the closest I've come. I'm currently installing mine. I'm still confused myself. Not sure if they run on military time or what..not sure how the timer differentiates between am and pm. I want to keep my actinics on at all times for now..not sure either lmao. Hope it helps a bit.
