Beananimal overflow system?

I don't see why not... I woudn't use 1" intakes though, that would be hard to get to siphon with that small of a water volume. This is just speculation from what I have gathered in my research for my beananimal build.

Im not really sure on that, Im learning as much as I can about this setup. I am puttin one in on a 100gal here in the next month or so (I hope) and I will be using 1" bulkheads. According to BeanAnimal that will handle 2000gph easily. I would imagine you are shooting for more around 600, so maybe 3/4 inch would be better? I am waiting for someone to chime in on another thread about this kind of thing, I definitely can't say exactly what any pipe size in this setup can handle....
