Do you guys use any targets or dithers with your Beani? I have 4 7" ones coupled with 2 pairs of 4" Black Convicts and so far it has helped disrupt the aggression these fish display toward one another. I also moved them from a 100 to a 180 today with plenty of hiding spots. I considered leaving some of my CA's in with them but I dont have any fish besides convicts I'm willing to take a chance on! I used HRP's also in the past with good results with my other CA's.

I use cons or HRPs in all my tanks as dithers and have actually setup a 75g HRP/Istlanum tank this weekend for my 3"ers.
1 thing I notice is that HRP pairs claim a small 1x1 space and defend it while con pairs try and take over 75% of the tank for their space. In my 265g I have a 4" male HRP that vies for the top spot in the tank against a 4" grammodes, a 4" carpintis and a 4" cuban.
