they are mites, the pet shop you got it from is probably infested. Buy a product called reptile relief in a white bottle. Spray the BD and its entire cage and the surrounding area outside of the cadge
always treat everything before you put it in the cage.. i would still treat the beardie and the cage as stated above

When I got my male iguana ,which at the time was a baby, from a bad situacion at a local shop
,he was absolutley infested whit mitesAll I did was give him a few warm baths and keep his cage clean, and the mites where all gone in less than a week. All you have to do is just that: give hin a few warm baths, no more than two a day, on shalow water and for the moment keep its cage forniture to a minimum and whit great higene. This way you should see a great improvement
