Well I have a 110 Gallon tank with 3 oscars all about 11 inches and a buttikafri that is about 7 inches. Well it finally happened the butti went crazy and beat the crap out of 2 of the Oscars. It was bad they are missing scales, have cuts, fins that are missing chunks. So I put the buttikafri with another oscar that is way to aggro in a 55 with a divider and they are trying to get at each other threw the divider. this is going to get interesting if the divider falls. Im just glad this didnt happen when i was away for a few days cause i would have come back to a couple of dead oscars.

i hope the oscar kicks his @ss

So... what are you going to do? Am I reading this correctly, you have 4 oscars, and a butti?

I actually have 3 Oscars and the butti for these 2 tanks. The only reason the butti is with the oscars is cause i am holding one oscar for my girl since she is having cycling issues. So since her Oscar is all aggro I had to move the Butti to my big tank with the oscars and put hers in my 55. I was just hoping that the butti wouldnt flip out until my girl took her fish back. But normally the butti is in his own tank the 55.

You better find a separate tank for the Buti. He will kill anything now, even the aggressive oscar. They (butis)are very nasty ,tough fish. If you get a female, they aren't as agressive as the males.

^true dat. Oscars are bad fighters, and not as agressive. Keep the divider in there untill you can get rid of the oscar, or you will have to explain to our girl why its dead.

They might not be as tough as a lot of ciclids, or big fish in general, but they have more personality and character than almost any fish too.
