Beautiful discus.

So today at my LFS I saw a very pretty discus. Sadly currently I have nothing but the desire for a tank some day (don't have the money, time and space/tank). However I'd love to know exactly what I was looking at so I can track it down someday when I can have a discus tank.

Some type of pigeon cross. I'm not the expert as I'm just getting into these myself after giving them a try years ago.

Looks to be what is called a "golden checkerboard pigeon". Although names can vary sometimes for the same fish from different sellers, this is the only name I've known them as. I've got 3 of these guys and they are quite amazing looking. Their patterns can differ quite a bit which is nice. "Kenny's Discus" has them frequently. Contact him. He will ship them right to your door if you can't find them again once your ready to purchase
