Pretty sure that beefheart is about as good as it gets in terms of quick growth, especially for a TSN. I'm not an "expert", but I have to assume that it's going to result in faster growth than bloodworms.
I recently looked at the ingredients on both and it said that Beefheart is 9% protein where bloodworms are only like 3%, so I would assume beefheart is better...
Beefhart along with most animal meats contains fats that the fish is unable to digest in large quanities. Beefheart is not a daily food and should be given as a treat nomore then 3x a week.
Bloodworms give color and are real healthy, so are krill. All my food is frozen hakuri
Think of the beef heart being a big mac, if you wanted to gain weight you could gain 10lbs eating big mac in a week but imagine how you would look, fat. So you can get them "big with beefheart" but its not the most healthy
Beef heart will bulk up your tsn fast but, as stated, you should only use it in a mixed diet.
Keep it on a staple diet of sinking pellets and supplement with the beef heart, market shrimp, tilapia fillets, and blood worms. As the tsn gets bigger, you can move up in worm sizes up to night crawlers.
