1. first you have to buy a guy cow and a girl cow.
2. then you let them listen to some barry white.
3. a couple months later you will get a little cow.
4. feed the little cow until it becomes a big cow.
5. then let it run into a parked car.
6. mourn while you have a cow feast.
7. save the heart.
8. chop the heart up a little bit and add some vitamins and spiralina.
9. freeze the heart in a ziploc bag in a flattened manner.
10. break off pieces and use as needed.
(note: steps 1-7 can be skipped if beef heart is available locally)

Love the previous reply! But seriously, I feed my fish diced raw beef, diced raw fish filets, raw shrimp and shrimp pellets. The meat I feed every other night and shrimp pellets the other days. Keeps the food budget reasonable and the fish are happy and healthy.
