I found the pieces of wood at two different locations. The first piece was a large stump that had rested at the bottom of a small lake for a while. I soaked it in a large bin outside for several weeks with a couple of boxes of salt added each time I changed the water. This soaking took place after a visit to the car wash and a good scrubbing.

The second piece I found in a river bed when the water was low. I soaked it in my bath tub for a couple of weeks. The wife really appreciated that one.

All suggestions are welcome. I am definitely a novice but am trying to be a quick study. I thought about sand but decided against it for now.

1-TSN
3-FH
1-Rose Queen
1-Johanna Creni
1-Rescued Pacu
1-Green Severum
