I would definitely also say Mono. He looks practically identical to my old Mono when he was 6-7". Definitely Mono.

bars look similar to this guyana but the headshape is kinda off or maybe its the angle

Id have to go ocell. The bars seem a little wide from what I am used to for the monos I have had.

it is occelaris mono dont spangle around the bars like that
