Before or After?

Ok 2morrow getting a new indo anddoing a water change and was wonder what the proper way to do it..should i do the water change first then get my new fish? or get the fish put him in the tank then do the water change? help me out people

Thanx, never done both at the same time...When i first set the tank up i didnt have fish for about a month..

I would certainly add one-
Almost a must for fishkeepers.....

Dont want to risk a new disiese to an established tank man-----It's just a precaution...
