beginnings of an infestation??

ive had my petsmart snail in my Firebelly Newt tank for about a month now and this thing had been sitting in the corner for about 3 days and all of the sudden i see this(pictures). are these snail eggs soon to take over my tank?

no, if that is the snail in the pic, that is a mystery snail. they lay their eggs out of the water and they are clusters about and inch or two long.

thats good to know. i appreciate it. i had no clue because the snail moved all the gravel out of the way then left that garbage there
