Here are some pictures of my buddy Gonzaga. Picked him up at about 4 inches. Here he is now!

Def. looks farm bred, part of me wants to say ocellaris, but not sure. I don't think many people know how to sex or if it's possible at that size but juantumad, dmack or nick might know.

I picked it up from a LFS that had a bunch of them. I think I may have a payed a little too much though. He was 45 dollars I couldn't resist though since my LMB will need a friend eventually. His colors are really bright now though. I feed him goldfish that I pump full of Pro Crisps. He hunts them down like a wolf! The black stripes come in realllyyy well when he's all pumped up.

Well stress could explain the faint markings I guess and he looks to have some "stress dress" on. 45.00 isn't horrible if he turns out looking good. Just keep in mind that your lmb might not like the high temp. that pbass like. And from what I hear lmb tend to skitz out at high temp.

He's in a 29 Gallon right now which is way too small. Tomorrow he gets upgraded to a nice 75 for a little while. Thanks for the compliments
