Being Stupid with a tick

There was a tick in my backyard while looking for ants (for my fish) and I thought What the heck, I'll see if any of my monsters will eat it. (Didn't think one actually would) I threw it in my fish tank and within about 1 minute my Pacu Crunched it all up and ate it. Could this be harmful??

ticks can carry disease but the chances of your fish being harmed are prbly next to zero.

id say your pacu will be fine, there tuff, but i wouldent suggest it, ticks are known to carry a lot of stuff

It's alive and well. Thanks, got a little freaked, but it's all good.

The diseases carried by ticks don't transmit to fish but if a tick with lyme's disease were to poop on your fingers then you were to scratch a small cut or wound with it you coulp cacth Lyme's disease yourself.
